Automatic Jet Cleaning
We take our oven’s impeccable shine seriously. The automatic jet cleaning feature doesn’t raise the temperature to burn food soiling and splatters to ash (like other ovens do). It actually cleans the oven with water and mild eco-friendly UNOX detergent solution with the press of a button. There is no horrific burning smell, no toxic oven-cleaner fumes and no ash residue to be removed.
4-Point Core Probe
This is a chef’s “magic wand”. The core probe measures the internal food temperature and ensures that “what you wish is exactly what you get” when it comes to how much you want it to be cooked. Four sensors detect with scientific precision the temperature at the core of any meat or fish and stop cooking it automatically at exactly the right moment.

Layers of professional-grade insulation and heat-reflective glass allow for more energy to be transferred to food, further speeding up the cooking process, while maintaining energy efficiency.
