UNOX LL7 Warranty Conditions

With these warranty conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions"), UNOX S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as "UNOX") grants the End Buyer, in addition to the legal warranty, the opportunity to activate a free additional warranty under the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Additional Warranty").

1. In these Conditions, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings attributed to them herein:

• "End Buyer": the final purchaser of one or more products purchased from an UNOX Retailer;

• "UNOX Retailer": the UNOX retailer or sales partner from whom the End Buyer has purchased the Product;

• "UNOX Service Partner": the UNOX partner providing technical assistance services to eliminate the causes of a malfunction or defect and ensure proper operation;

• "Products": products from the Unox Casa line by UNOX S.p.A.

2. To benefit from the Additional Warranty, the End Buyer must submit the request via the application or the website www.unoxcasa.com within 30 days from the date of installation of the Product. The End Buyer must provide the installation report prepared by the Retailer. This document must certify the installation date and will be subject to verification by UNOX.

3. The Additional Warranty becomes effective from the date the Product is installed by the Retailer for the End Buyer.

4. If the End Buyer activates the extended LONG.Life7 warranty, it applies exclusively to ovens from the UNOX CASA lines, provided that:

(i) The Product has been previously connected to the Internet and remains constantly connected, allowing UNOX to access data related to its operational status;

(ii) The oven has not been modified by the Retailer or any third party other than authorized UNOX service personnel and has been installed and used appropriately according to the technical specifications and the UNOX instruction manual.

The validity period of this Additional Warranty is as follows:

(i) 84 months or 10,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, for spare parts necessary to perform the activities specified in section 6.

(ii) 24 months or 10,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, for labor required to perform the activities specified in section 6.

5. To utilize the Additional Warranty, the End Buyer must provide proof to the UNOX Service Partner of the name of the UNOX Retailer, the date and place of installation, and the Product model through the installation report prepared by the UNOX Retailer.

6. During the validity of the Additional Warranty, UNOX will remedy defects and malfunctions demonstrably related to material or manufacturing defects. At UNOX’s discretion, it may decide to repair the Product, replace defective parts, or replace the Product itself.

7. The performance of any service under the Additional Warranty does not result in an extension or renewal of the warranty period.

8. If the Product or any of its parts are replaced, the replaced Product or parts become the property of UNOX.

9. The End Buyer must notify UNOX or the UNOX Service Partner in writing of any Product defect within 5 business days from discovery. The receipt date of the notification by the UNOX Service Partner or UNOX itself will be considered valid.

10. The Additional Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• If the defect arises from improper installation, repair attempts by unauthorized personnel, or non-compliant interventions by third parties.

• If the instructions in the installation or user manual are not followed, maintenance cycles are not observed, or unauthorized cleaning products are used. This also applies to defects due to environmental factors, such as non-compliant water use or improper electrical power or voltage. Damages due to power surges are also excluded.

• Consumable or wear-and-tear parts such as bulbs, seals, and glass damages are excluded.

• Malfunctions caused by limescale build-up in the appliance.

• Use of cleaning products other than official UNOX detergents (UNOX.Det&Rinse).

• Natural wear and tear of the Product.

• Use of non-original UNOX spare parts or wear parts, regardless of whether defects or damages result from them.

• If the Product has not been used in compliance with the technical requirements of the country where it was installed.

11. This Additional Warranty is valid exclusively for Products purchased through UNOX S.p.A. and its official network.

Pursuant to Articles 1341-1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the End Buyer declares to have read and specifically accept the following provisions of this Additional Warranty:

• Article 2 (registration deadline);

• Article 6 (terms and conditions of the Additional Warranty);

• Article 8 (ownership of the replaced Product);

• Article 9 (deadline for defect reporting);

• Article 10 (limitations of the Additional Warranty).
